Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaiʻi.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is available at checkout.

• Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $320 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

Lokelani Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners still attached.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
