Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Processing Times
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier or email us at lokelaniswim@gmail.com

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at lokelaniswim@gmail.com and we will do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
If your purchase includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, note the estimated shipping date on the product page. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
